Privacy Policy — Rabbani: Prayer Times & Azan

Rabbani is an Islamic prayer-times, Qibla, Quran, and daily-practice app ("the App"). This policy explains what information the App collects, why, and who it is shared with. The App does not require you to create an account and does not collect your name, email address, or any other identity information.

Everything else — your Tasbih (dhikr counter) counts, prayer-tracker log, quiz scores, Ramadan fasting log, and app settings — stays on your device only. It is never uploaded to any server and we never see it.

Advertising partners

Ads are served through Google AdMob, which may use mediation to serve ads from additional ad networks: Unity Ads, Meta Audience Network, Pangle, AppLovin, and Mintegral. Each of these partners may collect and process advertising identifiers and usage data under their own privacy policies. Where required by law (including the EU/UK/EEA), the App shows a consent form before any personalized ads are shown, using Google's User Messaging Platform. You can change your ad-personalization choices at any time from that consent form or from your device's ad settings.

Content fetched from third parties

The Hadith of the Day feature and the Hadith Books section fetch text content from hadithapi.com. No personal data is sent to this service beyond the standard network request information (like your IP address) that any web request includes.

Data we do not collect

• No account registration, no name, no email, no phone number
• No contacts, photos, or files, beyond what Android's own picture picker needs if you set a custom app wallpaper
• No sale of personal data to third parties

Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us using the details below and we will remove it.

Data retention

Location data sent to our server for a prayer-time calculation is used only to compute the result and is not stored afterward. Crash and analytics data is retained by Firebase per Google's standard retention periods. Purchase records are retained by Google Play Billing per Google's policies.

Your choices

• Location permission can be denied or revoked at any time in your device settings — the App will fall back to manually selecting a city for prayer times.
• Ad personalization consent can be changed at any time (see "Advertising partners" above).
• Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data (Tasbih counts, prayer tracker, quiz scores, settings) from your device.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the App changes. The effective date above reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
